Midterms: will the Jewish vote swing?
Le 6/9 d'Ilana Ferhadian ·
Since Roosevelt, two out of three American Jews vote Democratic. But within that majority, red lines have appeared: questioning Israel as a Jewish state, a total arms embargo, the word "genocide", closeness to antisemitic rhetoric. In Detroit, part of the Jewish community, Democratic since forever, announced it was voting for Mike Rogers against Abdul El-Sayed. It is not a rallying to the Republican Party, it is a refusal.
